I’m sharing a quick update about our real estate market. The city of Los Angeles just changed their shelter-in-place rules to be more consistent with those of Los Angeles County. So the great news is we’re now able to do in-person showings. Five homes in Pacific Palisades sold in April; the usual number is about 20 homes per month. This means we’re expecting a ton of pent-up demand, so May and June will likely be busy.
If you have questions about our market or are thinking of buying or selling a home soon, don’t hesitate to call or email me. I’m here to help.
