Real Trends Real Estate Rankings: Moving Up

Real Trends just published their annual list in to honor the top 1,000 real estate sales professionals and teams in the United States. Only agents who have a closed sales volume that ranked in the top one half of one percent of more than one million agents nationwide make the cut.  Our founder, Anthony Marguleas, moved up from 100 last year to number 60 this year with a sales volume of more than $134M.  That actually ranks Anthony number 13 in the Los Angeles/Orange County area.

With our commitment to give 10% of all our commissions to charity, this means that Amalfi Estates was able to help more organization and individuals this past year.  We are proud to donate a portion of our commissions to charities such as PATH and The Pacific Palisades Task Force on Homelessness among others.

Since 1987, Real Trends has been the trusted source for news, analysis, and information for the residential real estate industry. Residential real estate leaders look to them for timely and trusted information and analysis through their monthly newsletter, conferences, and publications. They provide vital data and insight into market trends that are imperative to the luxury real estate community, and inclusion in their ‘The Thousand’ list is a high honor.

In the coming years, Amalfi Estates is on track to give over $1,000,000 to our communities and around the world.  We are looking to make a significant impact on the world through these contributions.  In order to make as many contributions as possible, we want to continue to grow our real estate business.  We are looking to the future and moving up the Real Trends list once again to continue to grow both our business and our charitable contributions.
