Who is buying the most homes: baby boomers, Generation X, millennials, or Generation Z?

Believe it or not, the answer is millennials. Some might consider this surprising since so many experts claim millennials don’t like owning assets, but the reality is that they represented 38% of all homebuyers in 2019. 

In case you weren’t aware, anyone born between 1981 and 1996 is considered a millennial, which puts their age range from 24 to 39 years. What’s the easiest way to spot a millennial? They’re the first ones to post their new home on Instagram. 😁
