Amalfi Estates has a commitment to giving back.  We have taken a pledge to give 10% of all our real estate commissions to charity.  We want to leave our community better than we found it – we want to change the world for the better – and we think committing 10% of our commissions to help fund organizations doing important work is the way to do it.

It is important to create an impact on communities in need.  We are happy to announce that we have chosen the following charities as our primary focus throughout 2016.

• The Pacific Palisades Community – We care about the community in which we live our lives.  We will help fund various community organizations such as Meals on Wheels, Palisades Village Green, and Palisades Fourth of July Parade.
• PATH – We are very much concerned with the plight of the homeless.  People Assisting The Homeless has been a charity near and dear to our hearts and we are happy to continue our support.
• Make-A-Wish – The well being and happiness of children are important to us all, and we at Amalfi Estates love the results of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.  There is nothing like seeing the smile on the face of a child.
• American Cancer Society – Cancer affects so many lives around the world.  It is difficult to find anyone who hasn’t been affected by this awful disease in some way or another. We are happy to do our part to find a cure for this disease.
• SPCA – Animals need our support as well, so we will also give to the Los Angeles chapter of the SPCA.  We cannot forget our animal friends when it comes to charity!

Members of the Marguleas Team at Amalfi Estates are encouraged to support charitable organizations of their choice as well.  We encourage them to also get involved with the charity through volunteering or some other method.  Our hope is that these efforts will continue to spread the spirit of giving throughout our organization.  We want to inspire our colleagues to include meaningful giving in their business model; to make a living and make someone’s life better.

In the coming years, Amalfi Estates is on track to give over $1,000,000 to our communities and around the world.  We are looking to make a significant impact on the world through these contributions.  In order to make as many contributions as possible, we want to continue to grow our real estate business.  We think our present and future clients will seek out this service experience.
