Off-market listings, also known as “pocket listings,” are making a comeback in our market. With such low inventory in our area right now, buyers are having a tough time finding what they’re looking for. Right now, there are only 92 homes on the market in the Palisades. We have a database of nearly 600 off-market properties that are available for purchase, and we’re adding more to the list each day.
