Meet Nick

Nick Hurley, a Los Angeles native and SMU graduate, has spent the past eight years calling Dallas home. With firsthand knowledge of both the Los Angeles and Dallas-Fort Worth markets, he helps homebuyers find neighborhoods that match their lifestyle while sharing insights on the culture, restaurants, and activities that make Dallas such an exciting place to live.

Nick co-founded the Hurley Team with his brother, Xander, to bring a modern, client-focused approach to real estate. Drawing on his background in high-level customer service, he’s committed to making the home-buying and selling process seamless. His strong networks in both Dallas and Malibu allow him to connect sellers with out-of-state buyers and assist those relocating to Texas with ease.

Nick’s passion for real estate began in high school while helping host open houses for Amalfi Estates founder Anthony Marguleas. That early experience shaped his career and his dedication to guiding clients through the fast-paced Dallas market with confidence and care.
