As a Pacific Palisades native, Jack Marguleas brings a deeply personal perspective and refined local knowledge to the real estate market. Having grown up in the community, he offers clients an insider’s understanding of neighborhood nuances, long-term value trends, and what truly drives demand at the highest levels of the market. Inspired by the work ethic, discretion, and community commitment of his father, Anthony Marguleas, Jack has built his career around advising clients through significant real estate decisions with clarity, precision, and confidence. 

 

Since joining Amalfi Estates, Jack has been involved in hundreds of transactions throughout Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, Brentwood, and the surrounding Westside neighborhoods. His experience spans luxury residential sales, high-value investment properties, leases, and land opportunities. Known for being highly responsive, detail-oriented, and hands-on, Jack manages each transaction with careful attention and strategic foresight. Clients appreciate his calm approach, clear communication, and strong support in negotiations, particularly in complex or competitive situations.

 

Jack earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder, which has strengthened his ability to advocate for clients and navigate high-stakes negotiations. He is proud to be part of Amalfi Estates and its long-standing commitment to donating 10% of every commission to charity, reflecting a shared belief that success should be paired with meaningful community impact.

 

Outside of real estate, Jack enjoys traveling, playing golf, and staying active. He values long-term client relationships and approaches each engagement with professionalism, discretion, and a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes.
