PATH’s mission is to end homelessness for individuals, families, and communities.
Ever since it was founded in 1984, PATH has pioneered bold and effective approaches to assist people experiencing homelessness. PATH operates services throughout California, connecting clients to a comprehensive continuum of homelessness prevention, street outreach, employment preparation and placement assistance, individualized case management, supportive services, interim housing, and permanent supportive housing.
Since 2013, PATH has helped over 6,000 people move off the streets and into permanent homes, and have set a new goal to house 10,000 people by 2020.
Additionally, along with PATH Ventures, PATH’s housing development arm, we have built over 500 units of affordable, permanent supportive housing, with nearly 400 units currently in development.
