Get to Know Me

I'm a California girl at heart, and I love everything about it, especially living along the coast in Pacific Palisades, where I've been for nearly 30 years. I grew up in San Marino and graduated from UC Berkeley, where I studied business and psychology. Upon graduation, I returned to my beloved Southern California and worked in commercial real estate for nearly 10 years before starting a family with my husband, Phil, who was raised in Pacific Palisades.

My commercial real estate experience endowed me with extensive knowledge in contract negotiations and how to successfully navigate a tricky deal. It allowed me to develop a keen ability to communicate effectively and negotiate successfully. I place a key emphasis on my relationships with brokers and others in the business. Having fully transitioned to residential brokerage, I've been doing it over 11 years, these skills and perspectives are critical to my clients' success in their transactions. I believe in dealing with people fairly and honestly. I have a passion for exceeding my clients' expectations and want to make sure they are far more than just satisfied! Service is paramount to me.

When I take on a project, I jump in with both feet and do whatever it takes to accomplish it. While I strive for success, I want the deal to be a pleasant experience for all involved. I realize that buying or selling a home can be a complicated and often scary endeavor, and I want to alleviate my clients' trepidations. I have the unique ability to scour high and low for the perfect property. When it is found, and the client says, "This is it; we've found home!" I'm thrilled!

I love spending time with my family at the beach, cooking, and playing sports. My favorites are beach volleyball, paddle tennis and now pickleball. Phil and I are very committed to youth sports. Whether it has been volleyball, soccer, or flag football, our involvement and commitment in these communities run deep. I have always been very involved with our children's schools and volunteer to help as much as possible. I adore the Palisades and am happy to call this town our home!
